Returns & Refund Policy

Yearbooks Direct will only offer a refund or replacement where goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit. This applies to all customised products that are configured or personalised, for example, printing, embossing, screen printing & embroidery.

If you find an error in your print (or embroidery) once you have signed off the artwork and your goods have been produced, Yearbooks Direct are not liable to replace your goods. We will however, work with you to find the best solution to the issue.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
